About Glen Gallucci
I’ve also been involved in many successful partnerships and joint ventures throughout New York and New Jersey area. I have “in the trenches” years of experience in commercial and residential properties, dealing with contractors, inspectors, union delegates, city and town officials, partners, banks, private lenders, real estate brokers, real estate agents, property owners, renters, buyers, landlords, investors and just about everyone else involved in the construction and real estate field. I am a proud member of the New York Mercantile Exchange, NJ Real Estate Association, along with being a board member of the Garden State Real Estate Investor Association in New Jersey where I host the Association’s 800 member monthly sub group meeting called “The Rehabbers and Wholesalers Roundtable.” I am also an advisor to the board of the Greater Westchester Real Estate Investor Association.
